As a Remote Recruiter with Saunders Staffing Agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings across different industries. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable computer and internet connection. Leads are provided, but you can also source your own candidates to maximize your earning potential. You will receive support from upper management to assist you in achieving your recruitment goals.

• Source potential candidates using various online platforms, networking, referrals, and provided leads.
• Review and analyze resumes to determine suitability and fit for specific job roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals and targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Represent Saunders Staffing Agency professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates and clients.
